Classic Reuben Sandwich	Although the Web doesn't offer a definitive answer to your question, if you're looking for a Reuben recipe or restaurant recommendation, you can't go wrong online. There's even a tofu Reuben! Just remember, De gustibus non est disputandum! (That's Latin for "there's no accounting for tastes.")
Ingredients	2 slices rye bread 4 ounces lean deli corned beef, thinly sliced 2 ounces swiss cheese, thinly sliced 1/3 cup sauerkraut, well drained butter or margarine, for frying Dijon mustard mayonnaise
Cooking Instructions	Spread 1 slice of bread with mustard and the other with mayonnaise. Place Swiss cheese, beef& sauerkraut between the bread slices. Brown in melted butter in a skillet, on both sides and until cheese is melted.
