Also, bananas are a good source of vitamin C, potassium and dietary fiber. Technically, they have no fat, cholesterol or sodium. It's probably the funnest of the

| Ingredients |
- 1 large, firm, ripe banana
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 cup milk Chocolate sauce (optional)

| Cooking
Instructions |
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Peel banana and cut lengthwise in half.
- Coat banana in lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Place each slice at one end of tortilla.
- In small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle sugar mixture over banana, reserving some for later.
- Carefully, roll tortilla and secure with toothpick. Brush tortilla lightly with milk and sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top.
- Place on well-greased baking dish and bake 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately. If desired, serve chocolate sauce with toasted banana.
