Think I'm kidding? Not at all, give this hearty recipe a try
and then struggle through some of
Stan's poetry. |
| Ingredients |
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 can ranch beans
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 pkg. Spanish rice, precooked
- 3 cans beef broth
- 8 oz. tomato sauce

| Cooking
Instructions |
- Brown hamburger and onion together until well cooked. Drain
well. Add the remaining ingredients.
- Do not drain any of the vegetables. If you like more broth
you can add additional or you may want to add one cup of water
and a bullion cube.

Serves about 8 cowboys but I confess I once ate the whole thing
myself (took a few days though). |
