This is a dish to be confused. It has nothing
to do with being spicy. And it has nothing to do with
little die cast cars (or real cars for that matter). It
is, however, a quick appetizer dish that everyone will love. |
| Ingredients |
- 8-10 - Flour Tortillas (about 8 to 10 inches in
diameter)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup Picante Sauce
- 1/2 cup Cilantro (roughly chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Green Onion Tops (diced finely)

Instructions |
- Blend cream cheese until smooth, add
picante sauce, cilantro, and onion greens.
- Spread on flour tortillas and roll up.
- Wrap the whole roll and seal with place
wrap and chill for several hours.
- When rolls are set slice them into one
inch pieces and place on a serving tray.
- These are great for an inexpensive office
party or a back porch appetizer.
