Every Coca-Cola® Cowboy needs a Coca-Cola® Cake. This is a little known, but wonderful, treat. While cooking is a bit messy, it's well worth it.

Coca-Cola® Cake	Every Coca-Cola® Cowboy needs a Coca-Cola® Cake. This is a little known, but wonderful, treat. While cooking is a bit messy, it's well worth it.
Ingredients	The Cake 2 Cups Flour 2 Cups Sugar 1 Tablespoon Butter 1/2 Cup Buttermilk 1 Cup Coca-Cola^® 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Baking soda 1 teaspoon Vanilla 1 1/2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows 3 Tablespoon powdered baking Cocoa The Icing 1 Cup Butter 6 Tablespoons Coca-Cola^® 3 Tablespoons Powdered baking Cocoa 1 package of Powdered sugar (a full box) 1 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
Cooking Instructions	The Cake Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour and sugar. Heat butter, cocoa and soda to boiling and pour over flour and sugar. In separate bowl mix buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla, and marshmallows. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Batter will be thin. Bake in 13 x 9" pan for 30-35 minutes. While the cake is baking, prepare the icing. The Icing Heat butter, cocoa and soda to a boil. Pour over sugar and mix well. Add nuts (optional but delicious). Ice cake while both cake and icing are hot. When the cake and icing cools, cut into squares and serve.
